Who Will Your Cleaning Crew Send for Cleaning?

Our team members are trained professionals who are trustworthy, honest, and reliable. They undergo police checks, reference checks, and working with children checks.

Do I Have the Same Cleaners Each Time?

We strive to send the same team member for each cleaning, but there may be instances where this is not possible. In such cases, we ensure all your cleaning needs are met by the substitute team.

Is There Anything We Need to Do Before the Cleaners Arrive?

Please pick up or put away any clothes, children’s toys, and important documents before the cleaners arrive. This helps our cleaners make the best use of their time. If you prefer to use your own cleaning equipment, please have it ready.

What If I Can’t Be Home When Your Team Arrives?

No problem! Many clients provide us with a key and a code for their alarm system. All keys are securely marked and controlled to maintain your security.

What If I Have Pets?

All our cleaners are pet-friendly, but please ensure your pets are safe and secure before our team arrives. Our teams are not permitted to clean or pick up animal ordure for hygienic reasons.

What If Something Is Damaged?

If any damage occurs due to our team’s actions, we will try to repair or replace the item as quickly as possible. All our team members are insured, and we will file a claim if necessary. Please notify us within 24 hours of any damage. We are covered by public liability insurance for personal injury or property damage.

How Can I Cancel or Reschedule My Service?

Please inform us 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning service. A $50.00 charge applies for regular booked jobs if not informed 24 hours in advance. One-off jobs may incur a $150 cancellation fee. If you go on holiday, let us know in advance to suspend regular cleaning.

What If Cleaning Crew Doesn’t Show Up?

If circumstances beyond our control prevent our staff from showing up (e.g., traffic, accidents, or illness), we will inform you as soon as possible and arrange an alternative time.

How Do I Contact My Cleaner?

Please call our hotline number at 03 8313 1637. We do not exchange personal contacts of our cleaners according to company policy, so inquiries must go through our office.

Any Special Notes for Move-Out/End-of-Lease/Vacate Cleaning?

Ensure hot water and electric power are connected. A partial payment is required before the start of the service.

When Will My Cleaner Arrive?

After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation email 2-3 days before your service date, including the expected arrival date and time.

What Will My Cleaner Bring to the Service?

Our cleaners bring their own supplies and equipment. If you prefer specific products or equipment, leave them out for the cleaner. We disinfect and change all cloths and sponges between services, using different cloths for bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.

What If I Don’t Have Parking Available for the Cleaners?

Parking must be provided for our cleaning teams. If you live in an area with restricted parking, inform us if a private spot is available or provide public parking details. Parking costs will be added to your bill. If parking is more than 100 meters from your property, additional charges may apply.

Do You Offer Eco-Friendly Cleaning Options?

Yes, we are committed to using eco-friendly cleaning products. Our supplies are selected to minimize environmental impact while still providing effective cleaning.

What COVID-19 Precautions Are in Place?

Our cleaners follow strict health and safety protocols. Equipment and supplies are disinfected between services, and we monitor the health of our staff to ensure anyone showing symptoms stays home.

Can I Schedule a Recurring Service?

Yes, we offer flexible scheduling options for weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly cleaning services. Let us know your preference, and we’ll arrange a consistent schedule with your preferred cleaner.

What Types of Cleaning Services Do You Offer?

We provide regular house cleaning, deep cleaning, move-in/move-out cleaning, office cleaning, restaurant cleaning, carpet cleaning, and post-construction cleaning. Custom packages are also available to suit your specific needs.

How Far in Advance Do I Need to Book?

We recommend booking at least 1-2 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger or more complex cleaning tasks. However, we do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings whenever possible.

Commercial Cleaning Service Cost

Every job is different, so we prefer to visit your premises before providing a quote. This allows us to assess the nature and demands of the job accurately.

House Cleaning Service Cost

Payment Terms

Payment is due on your regularly scheduled cleaning day. We offer several payment options, including cash, direct debit, or bank transfer. Many customers leave a cash payment on the kitchen counter for our team to collect upon arrival. We expect payment within 24 hours. Accounts overdue by 72 hours incur a $36.50 administration fee. In case of collection costs, such as legal or agency fees, these may be added. Some jobs, like move-out/end-of-lease cleaning or large jobs, may require a full or half payment in advance
