Scope of Work

1. General Areas

  • Dust all accessible surfaces, including shelves, countertops, and in-built furniture.
  • Steam clean and bacterial treatment of all carpeted floors.
  • Sweep and mop hard floors.
  • Remove cobwebs from ceilings, corners, and light fixtures.
  • Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as light switches, door handles, and railings.
  • Empty and clean all rubbish bins, replacing liners as needed.
  • Spot clean walls, doors, and frames to remove marks and stains.
  • Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces for a streak-free finish.
  • Vacuum and clean vents and air ducts.
  • Wipe down baseboards and skirting boards.

2. Living Rooms and Bedrooms

  • Clean and polish all in-built furniture.
  • Steam clean and bacterial treatment of all carpeted floors.
  • Clean glass and windows.
  • Wipe down exterior and interior of cabinets and drawers.
  • Wipe down baseboards and skirting boards.

3. Kitchen

  • Clean and sanitize countertops, stovetops, and backsplashes.
  • Wipe down exterior and interior of cabinets, drawers, and appliances.
  • Clean and disinfect sinks and faucets.
  • Vacuum and clean vents and air ducts.
  • Professionally clean and polish the oven inside and out.
  • Clean the rangehood and stovetop.
  • Thoroughly clean and polish the kitchen sink.

4. Bathrooms

  • Clean and disinfect sinks, countertops, toilets, and faucets.
  • Scrub and sanitize showers, bathtubs, and tiles.
  • Clean and polish mirrors and glass shower doors.
  • Empty bathroom trash bins and replace liners.
  • Vacuum and clean vents and air ducts.

5. Laundry

  • Clean and disinfect the laundry sink.
  • Thoroughly clean the entire laundry area.

Important Information

  • Balcony Cleaning: Additional charges will be incurred if a balcony is present.
  • Rubbish Removal: Our service does not include the removal of bulky rubbish or old furniture. Clients must remove these items prior to our cleaning. We will dispose of basic rubbish into the client’s bin, which must be available on-site.
  • Utilities: Hot water and electricity must be available during the cleaning.
  • Deposit: A 50% deposit is required before cleaning begins.
  • Bond Back Guarantee: We provide a 100% bond back guarantee. However, any damages caused by tenants may affect the ability to reclaim the full bond. We ensure all cleaning requirements set by real estate agents are met.

Service Exclusions

There are certain things we don’t clean or guarantee due to OHS risks, liability risks, and complexity. This includes things such as:

  • Chandeliers
  • Light Bulbs
  • Fly Screens
  • Fireplaces
  • Biohazards (e.g., blood, faeces, excessive mould, etc.)
  • Silicon & Grout Remediation
  • Removal of certain mineral deposits (e.g., stains in toilet bowls)
  • Removal of odors
  • Removal of pet hair embedded in carpet fibers
  • Ceiling Fans
  • Picture Rails
  • AC units/vent/filters

We also do not move furniture or clean underneath it. We do not guarantee the removal of any stains (including remediation of stained grout or silicon), nor do we put away dishes, pots, pans, etc.
